The Red Hot Chili Peppers will embark on another major tour in 2023.
Beginning in March, the band will play a series of arena shows and festivals across North America, the UK and Canada. The North American run will include stops in Vancouver, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Phoenix, and Houston, as well as an appearance at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Meanwhile, the European leg boasts festival appearances at Pinkpop in the Netherlands, Rock Werchter in Belgium, Mad Cool Festival in Spain, and NOS Alive in Portugal.
During the tour, the Chili Peppers will be joined by a rotating cast of big name openings, including The Strokes, Iggy Pop, The Mars Volta, St. Vincent, The Roots, Thundercat, and King Princess. See below for a full schedule of who’s playing when.
Tickets go on sale from Friday 9th December at 10am via Ticketmaster. The Live Nation sale will be held one day early on Thursday, December 8th (using access code joy).
The upcoming tour will continue in support of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 2022 album, Infinite love SY Return of the Dream Canteen. Both releases mark the band’s first recordings with guitarist John Frusciante since 2006.
